When I've been criticising Marco's music in the past, the only reason was his attachment to traditional Laserdance arrangement. But in this track Marco shows what I always wanted to listen to from him :D Old-school, spacy, energetic melodies, a piece of demoscene climate and electro-like, modern rhythm. Marco - keep it this way! This track simply rules! Traditional spacesynth is just too narrow to follow it closely nowadays, i'd even say - it's not cool anymore. Disregarding that being cool shouldn't stand in composer's mind on the first place, if one wants to move this scene more into public nad make synthdance track more into mainstream, one has to apply quite a bit of coolness in his music. THIS TRACK HAS IT. That's the way the scene may become wider. The only thing I'd pick on, is the snare hit - it's a bit lo-fi. I'd rather like to hear more breaking, powerful, energetic, hi-fi snare. 9.5/10. Can't say more... Just listen to it if you haven't yet. |

Not bad... not bad at all. Good melody, a pity there's only one... It also could be longer. I'd like to hear a bit more rich arrangement. I guess it's just an "experiment", not a continuous trend of yours, anyway. |

Can't actually figure out why to use another project for the same music :D But it's not the concern here. The tune is very good. Marco, as always, does not fail. |

Sorry to say but it's horrible! Far away from spacesynth, actually. Somehow grotesque - melody is awful, sounds are so damn cheesy, but I feel that's the point of it... I'd call it musical turpism. If you haven't put it to spacesynth drawer, the rate would be higher for turpistic feeling. I feel it will be a theme of my nightmares now... :P |

It's just my vanity. I'm so excited when I finish new tune (which usually takes some time), that I feel a need to express my feelings about the tune, to present my interpretation... :) | ||

I wouldn't call it spacesynth. It reminds me some of Jonn Serrie's ambient tracks. | ||

Oh, and that's wicked... again some rattling, overdriven sound nicely constrasts with calm and graveyardious drones and melodic sounds (a bit like violin?). Do I hear some Lustmord influences? |

When I see the term "dark ambient", I think about something exactly like this. No melodies, no rhythm, just dark drones and low pads. I like the tearing sound that goes thru all the time of tune. Those lowpassed flute-like melody provides really nocturnal athmosphere. The first I've heard from you, and I'm positivelly surprised. 8.5/10 |
