After axing down the last base recordings we now have the foundation for all the songs solidly made. We then started with the first lead, or melodic parts and the first instument was the cello. We got a different cello this time. Last album we used a semi acoustic cello, that we miked in addition of using its own line-in sound. This time we got a real acoustic cello, and we're hoping the rich sound of the wood will be much heavier and fulfilling feel to it.

Beepo got so fired up during the recordings he created a couple of descriptions that will stay with us forever! He was explaining Mikko what kind of a solo he played, so he described it like this:"I added a wasp nest to the part that used to have the mustaches in it...". Of course our guitar player had no idea what he was talking about, but after you listen to the parts, it oddly makes kind of sense!
