A pastoral-cheesy, uplifting track - just the way Paul Lord Howard likes 'em ! The track is called Snoqualmie, because I like the way the name looks very much :o).
An etude for oboe with accompaniment on piano. The piece teaches the player to play ridiculously long passages without stopping for air. There is actually only one pause for breath written in. Thus the piece is very hard on the player, but once the player masters it, she will have the killer lungs needed to play the piece.
