This song turned out quite different than the original demo. I first had just the electronic voice (that nobody couldn't figure out what it is saying). Then I asked Anuska to help me out with real vocals and it resulted into this a bit weird duet between electronic voice and clean singing. Big thanks to Anuska!
You do what you do

Juhannuksena pitää tehdä biisi - saunabiisi. Osittain jopa äänitetty saunassa.
Akustinen skeba, ESI xSynth, muutamat rumpusamplet samplattu Proteus 2000:sta.
Morning song in 15?ish minutes! Went a bit over, but the basic idea was there in about half an hour. Then just some tweaking and re-recording vocals. Still, you can get a lot done in 15! How do you use yours?
MPC One: recording, some drums
Proteus 2000: all sounds (except basic drums)
Line6 HX Stomp: pretty much everything but vocals
Oto Boum: a bit of distortion/chaos on everything
Reaper: compiling, mixing, 'mastering'"
This song was born while vacationing in the French countryside. The hostess of our apartment gave us a bowl of lemons from her garden, and that's where it all started. The background track was recorded entirely with the "travel studio" I had with me (homemade electric ukulele, Vox Amplug Rock, 1010 Blackbox, Teenage Engineering EP-133). The vocals were recorded by a friend after the trip, since of course, they had to be in French! Big thanks to dzh! Then there was a pretty endless amount of tweaking with the mix, and I'm still not entirely satisfied with it.
Visiting a lighthouse inspired this song. The sound of the boat's engine became the drone/bass. Sardiinirasia (https://sardiinirasia....) played the guitar in the tower, which is sampled in the track. Vocals were recorded in a car with a phone. What else do you need? Slammed together with MPC One + a bunch of other gear.
Roland SP404mkII is here and things get even more wobbly and weird! Learning and waiting for the fresh spring air (and street dust going away). Made almost completely in 404. Samples from one of my old recording, some stock drums and a few new ones through KOII's mic. Fun stuff!
Kind of noise. Finally I start to get sounds out of Dirtywave M8 (portable tracker)! Everything expect the speech samples are coming from M8 synth engine.
PO-33, Blackbox and a flu. What else do you need for making a track. At least I learnt a lot from the gear once again. Remember the solution is always more powah!
Short chill piece which I created beside a nice small chapel while girls were getting familiar to the Ironman Kraichgau cycling course.
Gear: 1010 Blackbox + mixing in Reaper
Juhannus kaupungissa aurinkoa vältellen

Banyoles - Track 1:
PO-20 and flight to Spain. The goal was create song each day which of course did not happen. Still a set of songs were created and the first one already on the way.
Banyoles - Track 2:
Testing out PO-33 KO for the first time while being on work/trainiing/holiday camp in Spain. Of course it had to be a beer song.
Banyoles - Track 3:
PO-33 KO again and now to the main thing: cycling!
Banyoles - Track 4
PO-12 drum machine, PO-33 KO sampler and ukulele. This was supposed to be the best in the series but was too complex set and turned out to be the worst. Still part of the series.
Experimenting with analogue synth in somewhat techno spirit with one take - "perfect" method
Gear used:
Boss BR-800, Kork Monologue, GarageBand
