When the world wounded me, You held me in Your loving arms,
Wiped my tears away, and gently kissed my heart.
When my strength failed me, You rose upon Your mighty throne.
The heavens thundered at Your voice,
And Your love restored my soul.

Prayer:
To my brothers and sisters,
They’re throwing themselves into the arms of God.
They are saying, "I know, Lord, You love me.
It is safe to trust You. You care for me, Lord.
And that even now as we pray this prayer, these burdens, and anxieties, and worries, and care would be cast to You."
So we throw them at Your feet, Father God. We do it in faith, through the power and in the name of Jesus Christ.
We receive the peace of God, which passes all understanding, in our hearts and our minds.
Father, we pray these things in Jesus' name.
