Historia: Fortunate Ones is a band founded by Santtu and Tuuli. Untill then the principle has been to have fun, and hopefully it can be heard in the songs :) In the summer 2003 Santtu and Tuuli met while they both lived in Tampere, and immediately started playing together. Santtu did the songs, and they both sang. Until the spring 2007 they were been playing together about once in three months because they were living in different towns - so the songs came and went, some of them were forgotten. In the spring 2007 they finally got themselves together, and booked a time from a little recording studio - and collected some musician friends to play in the studio. Finally they had something concretical, though the quality of the record wasn´t maybe the best... After all, now the Fortunate Ones can be really titled as a band - in addition to have only a guitarist and a singer it has now three new band members, and it´s practicing all the time and making new songs. The style of the music is maybe now going more to rock ... But that doesn´t matter, does it? ;D
