History: Angra Ahriman was formed by vocalist/guitarist Bileam and the drummer Hefaistos in mid 90’s the way before people started doing crappy black metal in their bedrooms. Soon after the bass player TH joined them. The main purpose was to rebel against the society and to make as satanic and as evil black metal as possible. Some of us know the things were not the same as they are today and that black metal was not as mainstream as it is now. Anyway the band recorded one four track demo tape which was never released and which probably doesn’t even excist anymore. Angra Ahriman also did one gig with a session lineup which presumably doesn’t want to be mentioned here. The gig was a total chaos and pure violence just the way the band wanted it to be. The band was laid to rest somewhere in -98 (because of the Bileam’s joining to Darkempire and Hefaistos moving away), but never actually buried. Now the time has come to make a new material and to reach to the next level of consiousness…
