This is an alternative version of the song featured on "Un Tiempo Muy Distante" -album. However, here the lead electric guitars at the end of the song are much more massive and technically challenging than in the original. One might say that I have never recorded such intensive guitar parts to any of my songs.
Musicians:
Aki Virtanen: Gibson Les Paul and Ibanez Artist electic guitars, Miguel Almeira nylon string acoustic guitar, synth bass, keyboards
Timpa Vehmas: drums
This is a new flamenco-influenced song, which may end up to the next Andalucian Dreams album.
Recorded in Istanbul on Sunday 30.8.2009
Musicians: Aki: Miguel Almeira nylon string guitar (solos on the left channel), Takamine steel string guitar (solos on the right channel), hand claps
This electro-acoustic song, even though it has some flamenco influences, as all Andalucian Dreams songs do, is at the same time combining fusion jazz and folk tunes. This piece might remind of recordings by Al Di Meola and John McLaughlin, especially those in the 1970s, and they both are my all time favorites when it comes to guitar playing...
Musicians: Aki: acoustic and electric guitars, synth bass, drum programming
Composed by Aki Virtanen 2008
Recorded and mixed on Sunday 30.11-Monday 1.12
