In a very early 80´s Frans Kedes was only a charachter in a shortstory. There was also some recordings made by two-track cassette recorder, Workname was :"The Death of Frans Kedes" (guitar, Casio vl-tone20)music was bluesbased and kind of psychedelic. I will find those tapes someday.
Q: How?
A: basically guitar at one take..Then I take echo-voices from it and process them using phaser and LFO to get background .Drumbeat is a simply loop (there is drums somewhere in the backround)..then I edit track a "little" more .I use a lot Audacity ´s paulstreching and vocoder programs for editing tracks.Sometimes I use also Cubase Embracer plugin like in "M27".

Musical influences came from early Kraftwerk,CAN, Holger Czukay, Jah Wobble, Tangerine Dream,Vinnie Reilly, Syd Barrett, King Grimson, Robert Fripp, Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart and master John Cage .Happy birthday John!
